How reports work: Community reports are treated as leads, not proof. A topic moves to known issues only when the symptom, platform, source type, and next action are specific enough for readers.

Report buckets we track

These buckets are ready before Early Access unlocks, so reports can be summarized quickly when the community starts posting access, co-op, and reward questions.

Intake rules

  • Official posts override community guesses. When official guidance changes, the old report summary should be replaced.
  • Every summary should say what is known, what is not confirmed, and what a reader can check next.

How a report becomes a site update
