Triage rules
- Name the platform and storefront first. A Steam report and a Game Pass report can look similar but have different causes.
- Separate access, crash, performance, co-op, and reward issues. Mixing them creates unreliable workarounds.
- Treat one-off Discord or Steam comments as leads until the same pattern repeats across several players.
- Move a report from community reports to known issues only when the symptom, platform, and workaround are specific enough.
